The Process

Notice: Membership and rostering (credentialing) is only available to qualifying individuals. Please call 763.571.5967 or e-mail the Coordinator of Membership Services and describe your current ministry activities and goals prior to downloading and completing the application forms.

To begin the application process, please print all of the following application documents:

Introductory Letter Application for Membership Your Financial Responsibility Code of Ethics Brochures Standard of Conduct Chaplaincy Candidates: If you desire Ecclesiastical Endorsement, please download and complete the Ecclesiastical Endorsement Application, and mail with your IMF membership Application. Note: There will be some duplication. There is also a mandatory background check ($100 fee must be included with Ecclesiastical Endorsement Application).
